Fusing Culture with School Pride
When David Sanchez Elementary School approached us for a mural that fused Oaxacan culture with their lion mascot, we knew the exact artist that could nail the project.
Mr. B. Baby is a famous artist known for her Chucho characters, bright colors, and references to Latinx culture. Not only was this a great opportunity for her to show off her talents, but also to impact students. Teaching students how to spray paint with non toxic sprays was a lot of fun for everyone. Even the Principal tried out the sprays!
Our project with David Sanchez Elementary included expedited student workshops, assemblies for the entire student body, and a beautiful finished piece.
